About James Haithcoat
As Technical Project Manager at Taylor Geospatial, James Haithcoat brings the operational fluency and project leadership to help ensure our research programs move from concept to impact—reducing deployment friction and keeping cutting-edge work on track to become tools that industry and communities can use.
James brings nearly 15 years of experience working with geospatial data, products, and technologies, with a focus on applying cutting-edge geospatial solutions to sustainable development. Throughout his career, he has worked across data analysis and processing, software engineering, R&D, computer vision, and AI/ML. Most recently, he was a Principal Consultant at DevGlobal, where he helped organizations harness geospatial expertise in agriculture, food security, and supply chain logistics to drive measurable social and environmental impact. He also serves on the advisory board of NASA Lifelines, which advances the use of Earth observation and remote sensing to strengthen humanitarian action.
