The TGI Spatial Humanities Working Group is excited to welcome you to the opening talks in its 2024–25 Lab Talk Series, “Situated Knowledges.”

Join us at this event for talks from two distinguished historians:

  • Charles Parker (Department of History, SLU): An Early Modern Cartographic Revolution: New Conceptions of Global Space in an Age of Empire-Building, 1400–1800
  • Katie Van Allen (Missouri Historical Society): We are St. Louis: Geospatial Possibilities at the Missouri Historical Society
